Who am I?

Changing the Game

For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of science, sport, and leadership — from pitch-side to boardroom — helping some of the world’s most successful teams prepare to perform under pressure. Allied to a focus on delivering on-field results, it’s the relationships, resilience, journey and long-term change that define true high performance.

Driven by Purpose

From the start of my career, my work has been consistently grounded in the belief that performance should never come at the cost of well-being. I’ve always been passionate about creating environments where athletes and staff feel supported, trusted, and empowered. Whether I’m building new frameworks or advising global organisations, my approach is rooted in culture and care, and focused on delivering long-term impact.

Global Experience, Athlete Focused

My journey has taken me across the world, working with national teams, professional clubs, federations, youth teams and Olympic programmes. I’ve shaped female-focused athlete-monitoring systems and support, developed and implemented data-informed recovery protocols, tournament preparation, and lifecycle-specific strategies that support athletes beyond the pitch. Every solution is tailored because every athlete deserves an approach that respects who they are and where they’re going.

A Legacy at the Highest Level

I’ve had the honour of playing a leading role in some of the most successful periods in women’s football. I have worked with the US Women’s National Team as they won Olympic gold at the 2012 Olympics and back-to-back FIFA Women’s World Cups in 2015 and 2019. I have supported the US WNT and Team GB at multiple Olympic campaigns. I’ve also worked with the England Lionesses, FIFA, Inter Miami CF, Washington Spirit, and other global leaders in sport, not just competing for medals, but building systems and cultures that endure.

What drives me & How I can help you.

Innovating Performance Through a Female Lens

Bringing brave leadership, evidence-informed strategies, and people-first solutions to transform women’s sport on and off the field.

Integrity & Leadership

For me, leadership starts with integrity, doing the right thing, building trust, and creating environments where people feel safe, supported and empowered to grow.

Empowerment Beyond the Field

True empowerment goes beyond winning — it’s about giving people the tools, education, belief, and support to thrive in every part of their lives.

Bravery & Doing It Differently

Women’s sport will only move forward if we’re brave enough to challenge old systems and curious enough to try new approaches.

Innovation & Curiosity

Curiosity opens the door to innovation. In women’s sport, we can’t be afraid to ask different questions and imagine better solutions.

People-Centred Approach

Put people at the core, and performance will rise with them.

Holistic Success

Performance is never just physical; it’s mental, emotional, and human. The more we support the whole person, the stronger the athlete becomes. When we support the whole person, we unlock the true athlete.

Career Highlights

Dawn Scott

“Dawn Scott is a massive reason why our US Women's National Teams have won World Cups and Olympic gold medals.

When she first joined the team, I was slow to believe in her modern techniques and total body training and maintenance programming. I was old school before Dawn, believing that too much data or information was for the weak. When she taught me to use the data to refine my approach to my training and body, I saw immediate change. I won the FIFA Player of the Year Award in 2012, and I attributed so much of Dawn's hands-on approach to my development.

Both as a player and a person, she’s simply the best. I’m so glad I finally accepted that I didn’t know more than Dawn — she wasn’t just a member of our winning teams, she was a leader, always leading us to victory.”

Lifelong learner

For me, being a lifelong learner is essential to staying at the forefront of performance, innovation, and people-centred progress. As women’s sport continues to evolve, my curiosity drives me to keep learning about the science, technology, and leadership that shape high-performing environments. It’s not just about keeping up — it’s about leading change through curiosity, evidence, and growth.

FIFA & UEFA Projects

I’ve worked at the intersection of science and sport for over two decades, combining research and elite-level experience. Since 2015, I’ve served as a FIFA Technical Expert, leading projects including the Women’s World Cup Physical Analysis (2015, 2019, 2023), Female Health Snapshot, and Women’s National Team Physical Preparation Programme — all focused on advancing performance, player welfare, and the growth of the women’s game.
